Requirements:
Resident/Individual
  1. Pass Port Size Photo (5 Nos.): 4 on the forms, 1 given separately
  2. All photocopies should be signed by the Client
  3. Self Attested Photocopy of PAN Card is compulsory (4 copies)
  4. Self attested copy of ID/Address Proof (4 copies) The given address and the proof of address should be same
  5. A Cheque (Cancelled/for Investment) from the bank mandate provided (to be drawn in favour of own name)
  6. Signatures where ever applicable and Marked (All signature should be same) 2 signatures in bank account opening form, 34 signatures in Trading Application, 12 signatures in Demat Application, 11 signatures in PMS agreement.
  7. If is a Joint Account both the clients has to sign all the forms
  8. The First account holder has to sign first
NRI (additional)
  1. Self Attested Pass Port and Visa copy is compulsory for NRI clients.
  2. Separate Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS ) bank account
Kindly keep the following points in mind before submitting your forms to ensure a smooth application process:
  1. Name to be as in the PAN Card.
  2. Ensure all places for signatures are marked and numbered.
  3. Address proof has to be a latest copy - like say Bank statement, Telephone bill (only BSNL is valid), etc.
  4. Use a marker pen for the signature across photograph.
  5. In case of a Joint account, both holders have to sign.
  6. All proofs are to be self attested.
  7. A Cheque (Cancelled/for Investment) from the bank mandate provided.

  1. Memorandum and Articles of Association with Certificate of Incorporation
  2. Pan Card Copy of the Corporate
  3. Resolution stating the List of Authorized Signatories for opening and operating Demat and Trading account with specification of Paterson Securities Private Limited
  4. Address Proof of the Corporate
  5. Address Proof and Pan Card Copy of Authorized Signatories
  6. Latest Bank Statement of the Corporate
  7. A cancelled cheque from the Bank Mandate Provided
  8. A file copy of the Two years Income Tax returns Filed
  9. Passport Size Photograph of all the authorized Signatories 2 each
  10. All the Photocopies are compulsorily to be self attested
Partnership Companies
(Only for Trading Account. Demat account to be opened in the name of Individual Partners only)
  1. Partnership Deed
  2. Pan Card Copy of the Firm
  3. Resolution stating the List of Authorized Signatories for opening and operating the Demat and Trading account with Patco Investments.
  4. Address Proof of the Firm
  5. Address Proof and Pan Card Copy of Authorized Signatories
  6. Bank Statement of the Firm
  7. A Cancelled Cheque from the Bank Mandate Provided
  8. A file copy of Two years Income Tax Returns Filed
  9. Passport Size Photograph of all the authorized Signatories (2 each)
